Easy access from the service road on the 40. Plenty of parking. Good produce and supplement sections. Would give 5 Stars if all their supplement consultants we're equally knowledgeable. I've been served by some very knowledgeable consultants and some that could use more training. Overall I like shopping there..

I have been going out of my way for this store because I like their selection and every week I spend a considerable amount of money there. Actually I always find myself with at least double amount of things compare to the clients I see in the store. And Im not saying that I should be treated differently from the others because of this but to express my appreciation of the selection in the store. Every time I see a young girl at the cash, I have never been said a warm hi or even a smile. They always have good time speaking to their colleagues that happen to come close to the cash and rudely they both have nonsense conversations in front of clients so we have to get the rudeness of two people now. Is it because I have many items? I really dont care, I drive 20 min to get there and 20 min back, I gotta have items bought. Also yesterday the cashier wanted to charge me a higher price for a bag of flour, so I went to see the price again, I confirmed it to her and she rudely gave me a ok and continued to scan. After I was done, still inside the store, I saw I was charged 2 times more for an item and I asked an employee that was helping at another cash to look at it. He asked me to go at the line up again and they will look into it. This experience made me go online and I definitely will go find another organic store. My money will be spent where its appreciated.
I liked the place, it has the best variety of healthy choices. I went once a week to buy organic vegetables and other things. But, the people who works there dont take care of clientsI bought a package of sealed rye flour, when I opened it it was full of moths! It is a very difficult plague to exterminate, it spreads everywhere. My husband went to return it, not for the money, because it only costs $6. But to let they know and be aware of the big problem they have. The administrator said that it was not true that we bought that flour in other place, not in his store. He treated us as liars and denied that they had that problem, without giving himself the opportunity to review his products. He was also rude. Be careful with Tau flours.
