They were able to change my iPhone battery the same day that I went to the store. It took less than two hours. The employees were really nice. They have a lot of staff.

Great service, a little disappointed with the variety of accessories available in store. With apples new dongle driven economics, one would expect more choice. The only dongle for my MacBook pro that made any sense was 500$. That's a full week of work for some....for a dongle.
