Note to all clients. DAHLIA SPA is the most unprofessional place to go to. Staff are rude, owners are horrible. You are treated terribly and scrutinized. Would NEVER go to this spa to get my nails done nor recommend to anyone. If I can rate this place a 0....I would. Lastly it is overpriced for what you get. These people do not know what client service means. Spread the word.
Dont go to this place unless you want to waste your money. Extremely rude owner who doesnt even notice his clients, instead of greting clients hes on the phone speaking another language.1 minute massage for a 46$ pedicure... lady kept asking if I want shellac, I told her no 3 times. Every thing is done in a rushDefinitely wont be going back.
So inappropriate!!! Went for a pedicure Saturday morning with my husband. The woman doing his pedicure had her breasts completely exposed!!! What is that?
The owners are not rude, theres simply a language barrier which gives off that impression. I find everyone very nice and accommodating. Ive tried several different nail salons in and out of the West Island, and Dahlia is my favorite place. They always have the newest colors from the best quality brands. Im actually shocked to be reading so many negative reviews... I HIGHLY recommend them!
The women who work there can be really good or really bad. Most, not all, talk non stop to their co-workers and seem very bored, especially when they apply cream and massage your calves. Why do it at all??? Its not why we go to these places. The last time I went there the skin on my toe was cut and started bleeding... I didnt get an apology! The manicurist was awful. I was quite upset but did not complain because maybe this person was having a bad day... Another reason why Ive stopped going there is because they charge way more than other places. They really need to chose their staff more carefully. And reduce their prices!
