Excellent massage! The place is super comfortable and the owner - Anita offers great customer communication. Jennifer gave a great massage that focused on the tense areas of my back and shoulders. Having just moved to the West-Island I wanted to find a new massage studio to relieve the tension of spending too much time in front of the computer at work. Jennifer at AMG Therapy took the time to understand where are my areas of tension were prior to the massage and made a point of emphasis to clear out any knots. Deep tissue massage's are never the most pleasant, but the next day I really felt it had made a significant difference. A+ I will definitely be going back!
