Had carpet and sectional sofa cleaned. It was very dirty from sitting in one spot. I didnt have high expectations but I was very nicely surprised how well and fast Mr. Stephan cleaned it. He was very nice, professional and he made sure to clean it as well as he and the products can. He did fantastic job and I will always use his services in the future! Thank you!
I was a somewhat skeptical about contracting the services of a carpet cleaning service as I am with most services until I tried Royal Netttoyage a couple of years ago. Since then I have used them three times and have found them to be very professional, reliable, and most courteous. They were very thorough and did an excellent job in cleaning the carpet at a very reasonable price.Trevor
We hired them to do house cleaning and shampoo some furniture after a renovation.When I came home that evening and turned on the TV there was a 3 wide white stripe down the screen.It was so obvious that one of the team knocked something into our 65 flat screen TV and cracked the display.Accidents happen. They must be insured.Yet I could not get management to acknowledge the possibility that their staff caused the issue.Could not even get them to visit and see the problem.I cant describe how disappointed I am how a company can just turn their backs and not just deny but actually ignore any responsibility.Be careful.
Excellent! Got a good competitive price. Job was done 48 hours after my order. All the ducts and inlets / outlets plus the fan were cleaned, and a special anti-bacterial product added, good for 2 years. All done quickly within 2 hours. Following renovations, we could smell dust in the house, including when going to sleep. Now air is all fresh and normal everywhere. Plus west island local company. Will not look anymore for next time! Thanks.
This review was forced upon me because my wife came home physically ill on Friday April 20, 2018 after having received a 3rd call from this company at her place of work. I have been thinking of this all weekend and now i have taken the decision to act because i tried to get in contact with said owner of this company and two different women give me nothing but the run around of excuses. I understand that the economy is difficult and everyone is out there hustling to make a buck, BUT, After having been told NO THANK YOU WE ARE NOT GOING AHEAD WITH THE CLEANING OF OUR OFFICE CARPET AND CHAIRS THIS YEAR. Why then insist of a continual series of calls. NO IS NO, Do you understand Sir Or Madame owner of Royal Nettoyage. If my wife receives another call, i can assure you that legal action will be taken upon your company and i will also file harassment charges against the company and the owner. I would like to receive a forum of public feedback on my review in order to see if other individuals have experienced the same series of continued harassing calls. Please Note that if this review is in any way altered or deleted, i will re-post. I hope this message is loud and clear.
