I cant say that I've had a bad experience, its just basic cleaning. No alterations or tailoring. My clothes always come back clean and the pricing is reasonable. The staff stayed late once when I was stuck in traffic and couldn't make it by closing time which was super nice.
Always good service for dry cleaning. Also, have had many different items of clothing altered and had no problems. Everything was always very well done and I was very satisfied. They always tell you in advance how much the alterations will cost so there are no surprises.
Cleaner staff are always nice. They do a good job. I tried alterations once for a patch on my kids snow pants and she did a great job.

Today after 11 years of lies i can no longer live with myself and i need to confess the conspiracy i was involved in, all in order to falsely accuse someone of a supposed criminal act which the individual never committed. Back in May of 2007 i filed a false police report in order to aide a false claim from Gyslain Gendron. In return i received paymnent for doing so from the Gendron family. This plan was prepared over a long period of time at the Brasserie Le Village as well as Nettoyeur-Tailleurs Lakeshore. The Following people were also involved... Real Lavigne owner of Brasserie Le Village, Denis L'Ecuyer friend of Gendron, Susanne Vallee wife of Gendron, Gilbert Gendron owner and Nathalie Gendron co-owner of Nettoyeurs-Tailleurs Lakeshore. I can no longer live with this lie and i apologize to the individual concerned.
Did a good job on some of my clothes but charged me for something she never ended up fixing. Also, she criticized what I brought to her asking why I buy things that are too big for me & other rude nonsense that should not be said to customers if they're paying you to do a job.
