Both my parents visited on separate occcasions and received attention and were home in two and a half hours. X-rays included with no waiting. The service was better than any emergency hospital service. It helped to go to the morning shift early.

Its an awful place. They never answer the phone. I have been waiting for a doctors appointment for 5 months. No one takes responsibility. I ended up going to walk-in clinic but that was full as well. Does not recommend it.

I went this morning and it was a fantastic experience. After reading all these reviews, I can't believe what people expect. I'll summarize:1. Arrived at 7:10am, was inside by 7:15, done by 9:30.2. Doctors were fantastic, a special thanks to the nurse for re-assuring me and for Doctor Moreau for explaining everything thoroughly (I had about 5 questions).3. Be polite and respectful, it goes a long way. It's called being a "human".4. Bring a book or watch Mr.Bean - Both were great. 5. Reminder that our healthcare is free. 'Nuff said

Came here on a Wednesday morning, and the receptionist during that shift was not a kind person. I overheard her loud conversations with other patients - which shows she doesn't respect discretion - and out of nowhere, the receptionist took a conversation to a different direction, so fast, I guess defending her competence, saying "I didn't say that. I know my job". This receptionist is very rude. She has no compassion. I hope for her to quit this job and to peruse her dreams of whatever makes her happy so she can finally exude some form of kindness in her next job.

The ability to see a doctor at the Brunswick Medical Center Walk-In Clinic has become progressively more difficult if not impossible over the past several years. I arrived at 10:30am last Friday morning and was turned away because all the available slots were booked to closing at 8:00pm. I tried the next day, Saturday, and arrived at 8:15am. Again I was told that all available slots were booked until closing. At 8:15am the Walk-In Clinic was booked solid until closing! All I required was a prescription renewal. I have been told that in order to secure a slot one should arrive at least 1 hour before opening. There are not enough doctors on hand to handle the demand and the business model is not efficient or beneficial to the patient. Try an alternative before going here or plan to arrive well before the Walk-In Clinic opens.
