These ladies are exceptional! We had a colleague in the hospital and they kept in contact with the family over a couple of weeks to find out when would be the best time to deliver the flowers so that our friend could enjoy them. Their attention to the sensitivity of the situation, as well as their thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated - they handled everything from start to finish with effortless professionalism. I would recommend them for any occasion.
After waiting for over 20 minutes for the owner to get her debit machine working, I left empty handed. 3 pm and it wasn't even turned on. Bouquet was already prepared, was nice, but overpriced though. I just needed the flowers didn't care about the price. Won't be going back.
Hands down the best flower shop. My girlfriend loves flowers and plants, and they have like every type imaginable. They're always really helpful, cause I never remember the names of things, and they make interesting bouquets, not the usual boring arrangements that look like funerals. I would recommend this place for anyone who likes good customer service, and for anyone who is looking for more than your average flowers. Oh, they also last a ridiculously long time. My gf had roses from here that lasted 3 weeks...
I was out of town for my anniversary and got the arrangement completed in minutes along with a card. They offered to deliver it personally on their way home because I called at the last minute. I thanked them for the offer, but asked if they could hold it until the folllowibg day, because my wife was out for dinner with friends. As promised it was delivered and my wife was very happy.
