Love the shoes! The girls in the store have always been great, I never feel out of place or excessively pressured to buy unlike some other stores. This is my first stop when buying shoes!
The shoes are nice and original but the salesgirl was quite cheeky and rude!
I bought two pairs of shoes from lIntervalle. When I walked into the store today to return one of the pairs, I was given attitude from the salesman who claims he is one of the owners. They were very friendly when I was buying the shoes, but very rude when I returned one of the pairs. They refused to give me a refund, instead they gave me a store credit. I will never be buying shoes from this store ever again.
