Good selection of toys, pets, and food. They do not have many dogs but there is a nice selection of birds, cats, and fish. Staff is helpful and will answer any questions you may have. Prices are average; not overly expensive but you can find some things cheaper elsewhere if you really shop around.
Workers are rude and don't know much about the animals and food they sell there .. You might get the 1in 10 employees that might know a little something and if you do then you are lucky ..They don't listen to what you need help with and try to sell you stuff you don't need or that isn't good for your animal.Everything is over priced and not well taken care of .They sell sick and dying fish to customers
Looks can be deceiving! From outside this place looks small but the interior is huge! We had a great experience with the staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Victoria gave us her card to call anytime if we need pointers. First time Guinea Pig owner.
Walked in for the first time ever a little over a year ago to look around. Ended up getting a lovebird. A few visits later got a black headed caique. Now i just adopted an african grey. The staff Kathleen, Shayana, Ly are more than competent. They have a love for their birds. Highly recommend this location. Great experience every time.
Amazing staff very friendly,informative and helpful in every department. The staff always takes thier time with you, offering advice and answering any questions you might have. Each department is well cared for and clean. Great customer service is what you get from the cashiers as well. Awesome selection of products for all your pets needs. Love that it is now rescued cats and dogs only.
