I was having difficulty installing a Schlage latch. Schlage was unable to help. So I called Pointe-Claire Locksmith to have someone come and finish the install. Instead Jeanette took the time to explain two possible solutions over the phone. The latch is now working perfectly and I saved the cost of a call. This is what I call exceptional service and I will call them first if I need locksmith services in the future and I will absolutely recommend them to my friends.
Being born and raised in PC, having used their services several times, I highly recommend. The ladies are wonderful and knowledgeable. Moving out to a new area, I will be using their services again even though there are plenty of other service providers.
