crowded long line. Clean fresh air. Worker is fluent in French.Workers is good in French and English uniform well fix. Chairs is not comfatable not enough space to write on forms and desk. we need hand sanitizer on wall. not enought space for client with wheels chairs. Pre paid card and personally check should be acceptable.
Surprisingly quick service even on Saturday. The person who helped us was friendly with a sense of humor, which was refreshing. The security guards are also helpful and to-the-point with the answers when we had questions.
I dont see why this office is open . Stay home , avoid the bad service and negative attitudes . Just do the application by mail, takes the same amount of time. We chose not to do it by mail, as we needed a passport renewal fast. Nowhere on the site did it say this office does not do rush passports . Went there stood in line , wasted 2 hours to be told we would receive it in the same amount of time , as we would get it by mail? Was told if wanted it rush, would have to go to St Laurent and wait another 2 hours there ? My question is then why would anyone come here and waste time waiting in line , when you could get it just as fast by mail? Print the simplified renewal application , and mail it in , versus coming here and wasting time. All passport offices should be consistent , and offer he same services . Very frustrating experience .
Was in and out within 15 minutes, super nice staff, very friendly and answered all my questions well
This is a government office. Everyone without exception must abide by the rules and regulations. For those who gave a low review, get an education. What do you expect? Passports are an important form of document. For those who are frustrated or are ill informed, get information and have all necessary documents on hand before going there. Service there is courteous and polite.
