Very bad !!! . A totally rip off . Waited 5 weeks for resizing a ring and in the end it was a total mess. Poor workmanship and very rude personnel. I dont recommend
Very nice jewelry. Staff is knowledgeable but a touch pushy. They do not seem to have sales or make deals. They prefer to not sell to you instead of giving you no tax.
Terrible experience. I wish I can pull off NOT giving any stars, but hey, Google doesn't allow me to. My fiance bought me my bridal set there and he asked for the engagement ring to be engraved. They told us it will take 3 weeks. 3 weeks and a few days later, no response, so we called and they said we will get an answer by Monday (we called on a Sunday). Monday came, still no answer, I called again, they said I will have an update by Tuesday, they never called me back for one. Frustrated, I called one more time and they said to call back Thursday morning, since the manager will be in, but I do not trust their BS so I asked my fiance to call and he got answered by a rude man saying that their engravings only come Friday...Seriously?? They said they will give me an update and so far I had NONE. And as far as their services go, they have no rights to give me attitude. I am now waiting until their engravings come and if I still did not have any updates, I will ask for a damn refund.
They ruined the stone of my engagement ring after resizing and blamed me because my finger was to small for that ring design. After I purchased that ring I went to other jewelry and found out that design not supposed to resize and should be order on their factory. Now everytime I remember it I feel very bad, wasted money. I dont recommend this shop. Very bad service! I will put zero star if google allow.
I would not give this store even a single star if Google allowed it but unfortunately I will give it one just to write my horrible experience. My fianc gave me a earing and necklace set and I tried to return it because I got allergic in the first day that I used it. They said they could not accept because the product was in final sale. The most interesting is that I am not allergic to gold (since I have been using gold for my entire life) and now I just wonder if it is real gold or what. Surprisingly all the reviews here are bad ones. Now you know what you can get from them. Bad customer service and doubtful products. Be away from this store.
