We rented the place for my lil man first birthday and its been awesome. The place is clean and huge and kids of all ages find their fun. The staff have been amazing with us. We plan to go back for his next year birthday.Thanks to all the employees who made that special day extra special.
Disaster! I booked my twins 4th bday there months in advance because their bday is dec 31. Finally the day has come and all is prepared in my car, kids taking their nap before we get to the gym. I received a phone call from owner an hour or so prior to the party to say that the Elsa character I had booked from way then, called in sick and will try to find a replacement. Panicky mode I called my friend to take over this conversation since I couldnt speak louder in the car(twins sleeping). All settled withing 15 mins , he had another person to replace. I finally got to the place, where the party that was reserved before ours was getting ready to leave... so coats and boots and all that at the doorway blocking us from entering with all the food and presents in our hands.15 mins after our scheduled time, my party was arriving. The place smelled like a dead animal. With the 3 kids managing the place they changed the garbages and Febreezed the place, saying some parents dont like them to spray. Not much entertainment with kids, mostly free to jump, it was already 30 mins left to my reservation. Cake cutting and out we go!!!! WOW!!!! The nerves!!!! 100$ cash for my 2 characters and rest pay as I wish, really?! Never again will I step there!!!! Oh dont ever book last party of the day... they dont feel like working very much.
This place lost my business for good , I was going to register my girls for the January session and called them earlier that day to ask what time the closed so I can wait for my daughters to get off school and go register together, I was told 7:00 or 8:00 that evening. We showed up, no one was in sight and the door was locked, sat in the car for 20 more minutes in the cold, no one ever showed up. I called the following day, they told me that they close early on Tuesday...smart! Your staff don't even know their own hours. Anyways, I have 2 daughters and we now been going to another gymnastic school for the last few years now so that's $$ lost for Mon Gym. Good thing anyways, the other place is much bigger and better.
My daughter has been going here since she was 3 yrs old and loves it! Teachers are really nice and they have tons of activities! Great job!
