It is known that it is a peak season and there are large numbers of customers due to Back to School event.. But there are a lot of school supplies missing! It is either they are not well prepared for this season by having enough stock or they do not have enough staff to refill the empty boxes / shelves! That is not to mention the long queue of more than 30 to 40 Min. Waiting to pay at the cashier or even trying to find somebody to help! In all cases, this leads to a lot to desire with regards to customer satisfaction and place managment.
I easily found a staff member that ended up working with me with all needed explanations on the purchase I made. The clerk was very helpful and helped me taking the stuff I bought to the car.
Good service, if you can find someone with a red t-shirt. Took a few minutes to get someone's attention, mainly due because the store was pretty full with students looking for supplies for their school work. Once I found someone, he was very helpful and I found what I needed and since the filing cabinet I needed could not go in my car, he offered free delivery to my home.
